This department offers training courses required for public administrators and police officers to meet the needs of the 21st century at the local government frontline community level. The courses available include human resource management, finance, strategic planning and the latest management techniques required in modern and complex organizations.

Dept. of Social Welfare

This Departmenty trains professionals of lifelong education with the purpose of educating people from the cradle to the grave. The main focus is on preparation for the qualification of lifelong educator.

Dept. of Early childhood Education

Students of this department are trained as qualified teachers of young children; with emphasis on care, protection and the developmental needs of the child.(Allowing for the development of the child's natural disposition yet maintaining social awareness) Most graduates go on to work in kindergartens, preschools and child care centers.

Dept. of Lifelong Education Convergence

In the era of lifelong learning, we will train convergent human resources with expertise and practical skills such as self-development, qualification, and job conversion in the fields of welfare, management, and health.

Dept. of Aviation Security

The Aviation Security Division boasts a high employment rate in the aviation security sector at international airports (Incheon, Gimpo, Gimhae, Jeju, Cheongju, etc.) as well as in the general security sector such as Samsung S1 and ADT Korea Caps. It is the only official aviation security personnel training institution in Korea, and through a special lecture by Incheon International Airport Corporation and Korea Airport Corporation, we will train aviation security personnel with thorough practical education.
